My marketing plan was to create a clinic that provides care to students, and those providing care will also be students in those related fields. I have gone through great lengths to evaluate how this plan will work and what will be needed to ensure it is successful. One way to ensure success is feedback from those visiting and those working. As a program we will send a survey to each customer after their visit to see what they liked and what they think can be improved upon. This is something they will get about an hour or an hour and a half after their visit. With that information we will gather it all up and create a plan for any changes we think need to be made. The program will also track the number of patients we see and how much revenue that is bringing in. To do this we will use software that will track how many patients we see daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly. This will also allow us to see how much revenue we are getting on average from how many patients we are seeing in those time periods. We will be able to understand what we are charging for what services and if we need to raise prices to improve our practice.

            With any business there will be situations where things happen that were completely unexpected and that is something you always must be prepared for. Our strategy to ensure we are prepared for those types of situations is to have an emergency fund that will continuously get money added into that will be a cushion in such a situation. This will allow us to take care of any unexpected financial situation that will arise. There are other unexpected situations than just financial, there could be a marketing or environmental change as well. If this were to happen and there was a major change that would affect our company, there would be meetings held with employees from different departments. These meetings would consist of assessing the situation and the current state of our program and deciding what the next steps would be. These meetings would be focused on the overall well-being of the company and would be open to changes being made within the company.
