   1. Strategy: Have different professors and medical personnel come in every month to observe and give feedback.

   1. Strategy: Annual tests and observations for each student providing care.

      2. Tactic 2: Provide a very good free checkup that will include many services

2. Objective: Improve the quality of care on campus.

   1. Have different professors and medical personnel come in every month to observe and give feedback.

      1. Tactic 1: Work alongside employers looking for new grad medical students and have them be volunteers to come in.

      2. Tactic 2: Give incentives to the professors that volunteer and help out in the clinic, such as free monthly checkups every month they volunteer.

3. Objective: Improve the quality of physicians IU is producing.

   1. Strategy: Annual tests and observations of each student providing care.

      1. Tactic 1: Conducting weekly skills tests for those providing care.

      2. Tactic 2: Allowing time for those students providing care to also focus on their classes and have time to continue their studying.
